Built in 2020, the design and intention of this home was to accommodate large families in a comfortable space.

The common areas of the home flow together - living, dining, kitchen, outdoor lanai, pool, and BBQ area - and are all connected to create a large gathering space where everyone can be together.

The 5 bedrooms of the home are separate suites. Everyone gets their own bathroom and space, with AC!

JC’s Surf House is an ideal gathering place for your Hawaiian family vacation. Located within the high-end resort community of Kukuiula on Kauai's South Shore, among numerous walking and bike paths, you'll find that this house has all the amenities you need. It is located within walking distance to Lawai Beach, home of PK's and Acid Drops (two of the advanced surf breaks in Poipu), The Beach House Restaurant, and world class snorkeling.

Please note:

There is no access to The Club at Kukuiula available with this home.

This home is not wheelchair friendly and does not have AC in the common areas (all bedrooms have split AC units).
